Traditional Sea Villa

The villa has an interior space of 40 sq.m. and is decorated both inside and outside with antique, collectible items from Sitia. The walls are clad with natural stone from the local area, both internally and externally.

The furniture is crafted according to traditional Cretan aesthetics, and some of the pieces are genuine antiques.

Inside the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sofa bed (suitable for accommodating one additional person), a bedroom with a double bed for two people, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The house also includes a television, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Outdoor areas:

Directly in front of the house, there is a veranda of approximately 30 sq.m., featuring a dining table made of natural stone.

To the right of the house, there is a terrace and an open-air space of about 70 sq.m., which includes a barbecue, a wood-fired oven, an outdoor kitchen, a dining area, sofas, sun loungers, a small garden, and an unobstructed view of the sea and the mountains.
